We’ve updated our Ready to Ascend program for 2025! This is a skills-intensive professional development training program designed to prepare those who identify as women, LGBTQ, BIPOC or neurodivergent who currently occupy non-management level positions within non-profit progressive advocacy and human service organizations, for future career advancement into leadership roles.
Schedule and Content
Our 4-week Ready To Ascend course is offered virtually on Thursday evenings from 6 -8 PM starting March 20 and ending on April 10.
Topics covered may include personal branding and professional skills, advanced governance and policy, crisis and conflict management, as well as strategic leadership and partnership building.
Ready to Ascend is a skills-intensive, professional development training program designed for individuals who identify as women, LGBTQ, BIPOC, or neurodivergent and currently hold non-management positions within nonprofit progressive advocacy and human service organizations. The program aims to prepare participants for future leadership roles.

March 20: Personal Branding & Professional Skills — Week 1
March 27: Advanced Governance & Policy— Week 2
April 3: Crisis & Conflict Management— Week 3
April 10: Strategic Leadership & Partnership Building — Week 4
Those interested in the program, must commit to attending all 4-sessions virtually.
